This disclosure statement, prepared within the scope of the protection of personal data, is a general disclosure statement within the framework of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which is applied throughout our company and hotel, whose company name and hotel name are given below.

As NOBEL OTEL family, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, we process your personal data in the capacity of "Data Controller" in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), within the scope of the purposes and limits set forth below, and we take utmost care to take the necessary administrative and technical measures accordingly. We will need to request information about you and/or your family members who are Nobel Hotel customers, such as:
• Identity information (such as name-surname, TR ID number, Passport Number).
• Contact information (eg phone number, e-mail address, your Contact Address).
• Personal information (eg date of birth, nationality).
• Information about your children (eg name, date of birth, age).
• Your credit card number (for bank collection and reservation purposes).
• Your arrival and departure dates.
• Your preferences and interests (eg smoking/non-smoking room, preferred floor, bedding type, newspaper/magazine type, sports, cultural interests)
• Your questions/comments during or after your stay at our establishment.
• Sensitive health data that we have to process in order to serve you better, to take care of your health and to use our sports complexes (for example, blood type, past diseases, allergen conditions, whether you have a disease that will prevent sports activities, etc.) Information collected about people under the age of 18. It is limited to name, nationality and date of birth and this information can only be given to us by an adult.
